By using the 22bte website or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms form a legal agreement between 22bte and the user. 22bte reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

A personal account must be created to enjoy the full benefits of the 22bte platform. All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Account Creation Terms

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your real name, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the responsibility of the user.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the 22bte support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

22bte may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification at any time if required. Withdrawals may be held until satisfactory verification is completed. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

22bte reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Providing false information
• Violation of applicable law

22bte supports the payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. The following channels can be used for safe and fast transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks).

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal time: Typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.2 Transaction Terms

• All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• Deposited funds must come only from the registered user's own payment method.
• 22bte is not responsible for transaction delays caused by technical issues, but assistance can be obtained from customer support.
• 22bte reserves the right to temporarily hold any unusual or suspicious transaction for investigation.

22bte offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, 22bte may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each promotional offer must be claimed within its specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or IP address.
• A bonus applies only to the account of the user for whom it was offered.
• 22bte reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games operated on 22bte are conducted under fair and transparent policies. Users must follow the individual rules of each game.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• 22bte believes in fair play. Any form of cheating, exploiting software advantages, or gaining an unfair edge is strictly prohibited.
• Incorrect results or amounts displayed due to technical errors or bugs will be considered void.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities for gain will result in account termination.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a game result or transaction, the user may submit a written complaint to 22bte support within a maximum of 72 hours. 22bte's system records will be considered final.

5.3 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• 22bte reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or lines.
• If any event is postponed or cancelled, 22bte will make a decision in accordance with standard rules.

22bte places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be done for entertainment, not as a solution to financial problems.

• Users may request a temporary break or self-exclusion on their account.

• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or managing another person's account
